Vitescribe provides an advanced Speech-to-Text platform allowing users to upload audio files for transcription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

You are responsible for the content, audio, and materials you upload. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to upload content that infringes upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain full ownership of all data and audio you submit. By uploading data, you grant Vitescribe a limited license to process and store your files solely for the purpose of generating your transcript.
5. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, all personal data, audio files, and transcripts associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our active servers in accordance with GDPR principles (Right to Erasure).
